Our goal is to provide exceptional service to our customers.  We endeavor to stay apprised of new techniques. We only use quality products and we stand firmly behind our work.  We treat your firearm as if it were our own.

SERVICE POLICY & FEES

It is the policy of Thin Line Firearms LLC that once a firearm has been inspected and an estimate has been presented, there is a 7-day grace period for approval or declination of repair.

Following the 7th day, $5.00 will be charged per day for storage.

While a firearm is waiting for inspection or work is in progress no charges/ fees will be applied. After work is completed and the customer is notified, Thin Line Firearms allows 7 days for Payment and Pick-up.

If after 7 days, payment has not been received and the firearm has not been picked up, there will be a $5.00 charge per day for storage.

Transfers are required to be picked up within 7 days of being notified of receipt. Unless discussed prior to ordering/ shipping, there is a $5.00 per day charge following the initial 7 days

After 30 days of no communication, no payment, or no pick-up, any property will be considered abandoned and becomes property of

Thin Line Firearms LLC.

Thin Line Firearms LLC reserves the right to waive or reduce these charges/ fees at their discretion
